What we do
Legendary,
by design
Everything it takes to put on a legendary event, under one roof — tap any one to see how.
From concept to execution, we handle everything to ensure seamless and unforgettable events.
Venue selection and site design, staging, sound and lighting, vendors, permits, staffing and safety — then a tight run-of-show on the day so every set, changeover and big moment lands right on cue.
Multi-venue festival weekends or intimate live shows, it's the same obsession with the details.
Cutting-edge strategies to build hype, engage audiences, and maximize attendance.
Campaign creative, social-first content, paid advertising, sponsor and brand partnerships, and direct-to-fan email through the BME Insider. It's the playbook that turned The Jibfest Weekender and BestKind BBQ into must-attend dates on the Newfoundland calendar.
Bringing world-class DJs, comedians, artists, and performers to the stage.
We scout and book headliners and homegrown talent alike, then take care of offers, contracts, travel, hospitality and set times — so artists can focus on the show and fans get a lineup worth travelling for.
Powering events with premium, user-friendly ticketing technology.
TicketTide is our ticketing arm, running on Tixr: tiered pricing, mobile tickets, fast on-site scanning and real-time sales reporting for promoters.
